1. Due to Canada Post service disruptions, orders will be shipped using alternative methods. Canadian orders will ship via UPS. United States orders will ship via another method that is currently being investigated. If you supply a PO Box, I will need to ship Canada Post.
2. Due to an existing Shopify limitation, when adding a color sample card to an order, shipping is increasing above the flat rate. I am actively trying to find a solution but in the interim, please let me know when this occurs and I will refund the additional charge above the flat rate.

Panda Yarns 🇨🇦 makes 100% cotton gradient and variegated yarn cakes made and sourced from products in Canada. The yarn is plied, not spun, so the threads are separate and not twisted together. The yarn comes in 4 ply (fingering weight or 1 weight) and 5 ply (sport weight or 2 weight).

Each cake is made to order and average processing time is 14 days but please allow up to 21 days in case of unexpected color restocks from date of order to shipping date. Ready to ship items ship in 3 days. Orders that include a ready to ship and a made to order cake will follow the processing time.
